The governorship candidate in the state, Barr Gloria Akara, has said that the state is more qualified than ever to be an oil producing state in Africa.

Akara said this after the gubernatorial candidate, High Chief Ikechi Emenike disclosed it to the public at the party’s meeting held in Item, under the Bende government of the state.

A legal practitioner of more than 40 years said that the emergence of Emenike is a good time for freedom, change, reliable and visible change in many areas from education, infrastructure, health, tourism, economy and security.

“His partnership extended to Ukwa to produce a deputy governor for the first time in Abia state is a gesture that we Ukwa people cannot thank enough,” said a member of God’s Heritage Ministry Inc.
“I accept this rare gift and opportunity and thus promise to work with him and support this good and best cause with all my heart. May the Lord grant success well in this vision and in the law.”
When Emenike first introduced her, he described her as a woman of faith, a good mother, upright, dedicated and well educated, saying that since the establishment of the state, no woman has been given such an opportunity.

“I am from Abia Central. We removed the option for the company in the Ukwa axis of the south to give the oil-bearing communities a sense of belonging,” he said.

He argued that the content for the content, with the candidate for the position of governor gives the best level in education, intergrity, focus, purpose, and commitment to rescue and develop the state.

A development economist said that when their report, which he said is second to none, will be released, people will see how their government will begin to improve the state from ‘the first day.

Explaining that the state will be worse if the people make the wrong choice in 2023, he asked them to think that they can speak “the state has been in the hands of the Peoples Democratic Party since 1999.”
